1. General Store Terms
By accessing or purchasing from FalishBaba (falishbaba.com) or its official mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms. All purchases are intended for personal or professional architectural use.
2. Pricing, Taxes & Invoicing
All prices displayed on the store are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors before order fulfillment.
3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An electronic confirmation is dispatched upon successful payment capture via Razorpay. Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to handover to courier partners by contacting customer care. Once an item is dispatched, our standard 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy applies.
4. Intellectual Property & Indian Jurisdiction
All design assets, curated imagery, text descriptions, and trademarks are the intellectual property of FalishBaba. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with legal proceedings subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
