- Identity Information: Name and email address authenticated securely via Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication).
- Contact & Shipping Details: Mobile number (verified via MSG91 OTP), delivery address, and landmark for courier dispatch.
- Commercial / Tax Information: Optional GSTIN and company name for B2B tax invoicing if provided by trade customers.
2. Payment Information Security
All online transactions on FalishBaba are processed through Razorpay, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We do not store, view, or process your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or netbanking passwords on our servers.
3. Use of Information
Your data is used strictly to process orders, dispatch shipments, send automated AWB tracking updates, and maintain your unified account across the FalishBaba website and mobile app. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party advertisers.
4. Account Control & Deletion
You have full ownership of your data. You may review and update your profile at any time in the My Account section, or request account and data removal by contacting privacy@falishbaba.com.
