1. Free Delivery Threshold
We provide Complimentary Express Shipping on all domestic orders across India with a cart value of ₹999 and above. For orders below ₹999, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout to cover insured handling.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
All in-stock products (including architectural hardware, lighting fixtures, and decor accessories) are carefully inspected and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order verification.
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2 to 4 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days.
- Special / Oversized Items (e.g., Acoustic Wall Panels, Fluted Panels): Dispatched via surface freight with rigid wooden protective boxing; delivery takes 5 to 7 business days.
3. Courier Partners & Tracking
Orders are shipped through India's premier logistics carriers: BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Xpressbees. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing the AWB tracking number and live tracking link.
4. Transit Insurance & Damage Protection
Every shipment is 100% insured against loss or transit damage. We use custom shock-absorbent honeycomb padding and reinforced outer cartons. In the rare event an item arrives damaged, simply notify us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours with a photograph, and we will issue an immediate replacement.
